Possible reasons for this is. * The module name was misspelled, try changing the url. * The module does not exist on this site. * This site uses siteaccess matching in the url and you didn't supply one, try inserting a siteaccess name before the module in the url . 5) I made sure the URL was exactly correct. 6) I checked the mySQL database- the New User appears in the 'esessions' table. Is that what we want? 7) How do I check 'siteaccess matching'? Please help- I've run out of ideas, and would really like to see eZ work so I can evaluate it properly. Thanks, Daniel.

The URL in the confirmation emails is: http://example.com/<install_dir>/index.php/<install_dir>/index.php/user/activate/<confirmation_code> Once I removed the extraneous <install_dir>/index.php/ it worked fine. Anyone know how I can fix this so it sends out the correct URL? Thanks.

Hi,

I do the following:

1) Install ez

2) Add a new user via the http://..../index.php/corporate_admin site

3) Check my email to find the 'Please confirm your registration' message

-After this, the following Web page appears:

The requested module ezp could not be found.

Possible reasons for this is.

Perhaps you have the same problem I have. The URL in the confirmation emails is:

http://example.com/<install_dir>/index.php/<install_dir>/index.php/user/activate/<confirmation_code>

Once I removed the extraneous <install_dir>/index.php/ it worked fine. Anyone know how I can fix this so it sends out the correct URL?
